The great lesson to learn here is that God never reproaches and never condemns.SOM pp. 466In respect of blessedness -- God was equally gracious to all.Benedict Spinoza
To honor all
people is to be without reproach and condemnation. This is not to say that we close our eyes to
the sanity and multiplicity of life, but rather it means that we make it OK for
everyone to be who they are.
If violence
or disharmony is displeasing to us, our very first line of action might be to
consider within Where in my thoughts and actions am I violent or disharmonious?
If it is
truly our innermost desire to reenact Spirit’s Love in this world, we have the
opportunity, to do so by laying aside reproach and condemnation as we honor all
of life as equal.
Spirit in me recognizes Spirit in all people. I accept and honor that Spirit . I celebrate one human family in Spirit. I give thanks for my life and all that is in it.
